1. Scope These Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed through the online shop of Flying Legends GmbH (hereinafter "we" or "us"). By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

4. Order Process By clicking "Buy now" you submit a binding offer to purchase. We will confirm receipt of your order by email. The purchase contract is concluded when we send a separate order confirmation or dispatch the goods.
5. Payment We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. Payment is due immediately upon order placement.
6. Shipping and Delivery We ship to the countries listed at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may vary. Risk of loss passes to you upon handover to the carrier.
7. Right of Withdrawal If you are a consumer within the EU, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. 8. Returns and Refunds Returned goods must be in their original condition. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the purchase price within 14 days using the same payment method used for the original transaction.
9. Warranty We are liable for defects in accordance with applicable statutory provisions. The warranty period is 2 years from delivery.
10. Liability We are not liable for damages arising from slight negligence, unless they involve injury to life, body, or health, or claims under the Product Liability Act. This limitation does not apply to the breach of essential contractual obligations.
11. Intellectual Property All content on this website (images, logos, text) is the property of Flying Legends GmbH and may not be used without prior written consent.
12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Germany, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). If you are a consumer, mandatory consumer protection laws of your country of residence also apply.
13. Dispute Resolution The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. We are not obliged to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
